Adecco is currently recruiting for a local company in Walworth County, offering an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic Finance team. Enhance your career with a variety of essential accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Maintain vendor files, seamlessly post invoices into ERP (Syteline), verify invoices for accuracy, process sales/use tax returns, and issue tax exemption forms.
- Accounts Receivable: Ensure precise billing, diligently monitor records, follow up on payments, swiftly resolve discrepancies, participate in insightful aging reviews, and assist in strategic cash flow forecasting.
- General Ledger/Close Cycle: Play a crucial role in the month-end close process, including crafting journal entries, performing detailed reconciliations, and generating insightful reports.
- Costing: Collect and analyze data to support accurate product costing.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Meticulous, self-driven, and thrives under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with Syteline or similar ERP systems is a major plus.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
