We are in search of a Kronos (UKG) Specialist that will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to anticipate and uncover potential implementation barriers and provide solutions based on the last experience. Pay starting at $50.00/hr.
This position is REMOTE and will work directly with the enterprise team to support the phased implementation of Kronos Dimensions. HRIS team is responsible for defining, configuring/developing, testing, and analyzing the implementation of Kronos Dimensions – Timekeeping, Global Time Off, Attestation, Accruals, Activities, Advanced Scheduling, Analytics, and Data Hub.
Post-go-live, this role will also assist with help desk issues. Note, this role is a configuration testing role, not a development-type role.
This position is contracted for 1 YEAR with the possibility to extend or go perm depending on business needs.
Implementation Responsibilities
Participate in all stages of testing pertaining to system configuration, usage, integrations, and security
Assign test scripts and provide support through user acceptance and/or regressing testing, including validating design and configuration with SMEs
Assist with maintaining business processes and process documents
Provide product expertise, including guidance and training to less experienced project team members
Coordinate feature/function cases with UKG
Confirm accuracy and maintain the integrity of all data/analysis of system data to include data compare
Post Go-live Responsibilities
Support all users post go-live
Assist with identifying issues pertaining to system configuration, usage, and integrations
Provide subject matter expertise to the Business Process Owners, assisting the business with maintaining relevant job aids/learning/communications
Keep up to date on functionality and training and perform and support regression testing
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
2 + years experience using UKG Dimensions Time & Attendance software solutions as a Super User
Timekeeping, Global Time Off, Attestation, Accruals, Activities, Advanced Scheduling, Analytics, and Data Hub
Possess advanced-level knowledge of UKG Dimensions, related to the manufacturing or distribution industry
Strong understanding of how HR, Timekeeping, and Payroll systems work
Quickly and easily adapts to change and shifting priorities
Detail-oriented, exhibiting strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
Experience working independently without daily supervision
Skills/Knowledge Preferred
· Workday experience a plus
· General knowledge of FLSA and US pay regulations
