The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $20.00 and $21.62 depending on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Formulation Lab Assistant (Cosmetics & Personal Care)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support formulation development in a fast-paced laboratory environment. The role involves assisting with the preparation and evaluation of cosmetic and personal care product batches under the guidance of senior chemists.
Responsibilities:
Prepare lab batches and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in a lab notebook.
Order raw materials and manage inventory as needed for formulation work.
Conduct and document stability testing on all developed formulas.
Communicate any formulation or stability concerns promptly to the supervising chemist or manager.
Coordinate testing requests and data entry through internal IT systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
0–3 years of relevant laboratory experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow established procedures and work collaboratively in a team setting.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.60 per hour
