Registered Nurse- Labor and Delivery
Join Our Team: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
We are seeking a compassionate L&D RN to join our healthcare team in McMinnville, OR. You will provide
exceptional care to mothers and newborns during the overnight shift.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
- Monitor fetal heart rate, maternal vital signs, and labor progression
- Assist with pain management and provide emotional support
- Administer medications and treatments
- Prepare and assist with deliveries, including cesarean sections and emergencies
- Educate patients and families on postpartum care and breastfeeding
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care
- Respond to obstetric emergencies promptly
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Oregon
- BSN preferred
- 1-2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach

$20,000 Sign on bonus, payable in 4 payments, with committment

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $114,000.00 per year
