Landscape Construction Foreman
Location- Pacific, WA
Shift- Tue/Fri 10HR Shifts
Pay- $27-30/hr With a seasonal grow bonus
Position Summary
The Landscape Construction Foreman is responsible for leading, organizing, and instructing a crew on commercial and residential landscape construction projects. Working closely with the Construction Project Manager, the Foreman ensures efficient execution of assigned tasks while staying within budget and maintaining company standards.
Essential Functions

Collaborate with the Construction Project Manager to discuss job scope, client expectations, and specific project tasks.

Develop and implement daily and weekly work plans for the crew.

Forecast material requirements and coordinate with the Project Manager for procurement.

Ensure all work is completed within budgetary constraints.

Understand and comply with job site rules and requirements.

Safely operate landscape construction equipment in accordance with state and federal laws.

Train crew members on the proper and safe use of equipment and power tools.

Conduct safety inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment before departing the yard.

Oversee and assist crew members with loading/unloading tools, materials, and equipment.

Follow and enforce the equipment maintenance process.

Operate and drive trucks, trailers, and heavy machinery as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely job site documentation.

Represent PLM professionally, wearing the required uniform and maintaining a clean appearance.

Consistently report to work on time and support training for new Foremen on Aspire software.
Qualifications & Experience
-
18 years or older with legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Valid Washington State Driver’s License (required).

4–5 years of experience in commercial/residential landscape construction (required).

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman leading crews (required).

Strong communication skills in English or Spanish (required).

Advanced proficiency in:

Irrigation installation
-
Hardscape construction
-
Operating heavy machinery
-
Reading and executing landscape plans
-
Managing workload and crew efficiency
-
Strong leadership and time management skills.

Commitment to safety and compliance with safe operating procedures.

Familiarity with landscape materials, vendors, and plant species in the Seattle area.

Ability to identify and resolve job site issues effectively.
-
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including digging, raking, mulching, wheelbarrowing, and debris removal.

Experience using 2-cycle power equipment.

Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others.

Preferred: Knowledge of hand-pruning shrubs and small trees.
Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
