Legal HR/Administrative Assistant

Adecco is proud to partner with a midsize law firm in Downtown Dallas to find a HR/Admin Assistant to join their team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle the recruitment process, but you will also support various HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, coordinating interviews, and providing follow-up as needed.
Onboarding: Support new hires with onboarding instructions and other policy information, including the firm employee handbook.
Employee Files: Maintain employee files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Payroll Records: Assist with maintaining payroll records, including correcting missed punches for non-exempt staff.
Open Enrollment: Assist with the annual open enrollment process, including final reconciliation of employee enrollments.
Administrative Projects: Support the Firm Administrator with ad hoc administrative projects.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of recruiting experience, experience in legal and/or finance preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.
