Lead Process Technician

Adecco is hiring immediately for Lead Process Technicians at a local client in Proctor, VT. Lead Process Technicians do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $29.20-$34.90 hourly ($60,736-$75,592 annually), depending on experience and location, plus available overtime. In this role, you are responsible for overseeing and optimizing the injection molding process to ensure high-quality production, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves troubleshooting process issues, setting up and maintaining molding equipment, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to meet production goals.

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, plastics engineering, or related field preferred 

• 5+ years of experience in injection molding, with at least 2 years in a lead or technician role required 

• Proficiency in injection molding machine operation, mold setup, and process parameter optimization 

• Knowledge of materials (e.g., thermoplastics, resins) and troubleshooting techniques 

• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001), basic computer skills (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office), and ability to read technical drawings 

• Strong ability to lead, train, and motivate a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills 

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $29.20 to $34.90 per hour
