Lead Process Technicians do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $29.20-$34.90 hourly ($60,736-$75,592 annually), depending on experience and location, plus available overtime. In this role, you are responsible for overseeing and optimizing the injection molding process to ensure high-quality production, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves troubleshooting process issues, setting up and maintaining molding equipment, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to meet production goals.
