Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Leasing Assistant- $18.50/hr, in Memphis, TN for a Temp to Hire opportunity. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in helping individuals and families find their perfect home. If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The work schedule is Monday – Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm. A current resume is required to be considered for this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Greet and assist potential residents in person, by phone, and email
Conduct property tours and highlight community features
Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with leads
Guide applicants through the leasing process
Support with move-ins, renewals, and resident communication
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with administrative tasks and special projects
Act as a backup for front desk/reception during breaks and absences
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in leasing, customer service, or administration preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Experience with property management software is a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Must comply with all safety and facility rules and procedures

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
