Legal Assistant – Full-Time
Location: Honolulu, HI
Salary Range: $60K-85K per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Overtime as needed)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our attorneys with document management, case coordination, and client communications. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management
Format, edit, and transmit legal documents in digital and hard copy
Draft letters and legal filings
Review and route correspondence and reports
Communication and Coordination
Manage internal and external communications
Schedule meetings, court reporters, and expert witnesses
Prepare charts, visuals, and expense reports
Calendar and Case Management
Maintain attorney calendars and deadlines
Track court dates, filings, and evidence
Docket information using CompuLaw
File and Account Management
Open and close client accounts and perform conflict checks
Maintain accurate case files in FileSite
Coordinate off-site storage and file purging
Timesheet Management
What You Bring
Minimum of three years of experience as a legal assistant
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal terminology, and law office procedures
Strong organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive mindset
High school diploma required; college or business school preferred
Physical Requirements
Frequent sitting, walking, and typing
Occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
