What You’ll Do:
As a Clinical Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clinical teams by:

Leading required clinical training for new hires and ongoing staff development.

Collaborating with the Clinical Director to design impactful training programs that elevate clinical competencies.

Providing direct guidance and consultation to clinical staff during scheduled meetings and on-call shifts.

Supporting adherence to company policies, state/federal regulations, and ethical standards.

If independently licensed, you’ll also provide clinical supervision as defined by Arizona licensing rules (4 A.A.C. 6).
What You Bring:

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.

Licensed (associate level or higher) with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LISAC.

Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in behavioral health or medical crisis situations.
