Your role will involve identifying opportunities for upselling, meeting daily performance goals, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the call center database and using data insights to propose improvements to processes. Your primary responsibility will be to handle a large volume of calls in a timely manner, understand customer needs, efficiently resolve issues, and suggest enhancements for systems and procedures to increase organizational efficiency. Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
