Are you a creative thinker with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for real estate? Adecco is seeking a dynamic Listing Coordinator to join our client's team in South Burlington. In this role, you will manage property listings, support daily operations, and ensure smooth collaboration between agents, leadership, and clients. This is a full time, direct hire role for an immediate start that is offering generous salary range, based on experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

Property Listing Management (45%)

  • Conduct town clerk research for property information.

  • Enter and maintain listings in MLS.

  • Coordinate professional photography and video tours.

  • Compile and distribute showing reports and feedback requests.

  • Produce monthly advertisement emails and performance reports.

Marketing and Advertising Coordination (45%)

  • Manage and optimize website content.

  • Check and add property listings to the website.

  • Execute weekly email marketing campaigns through Constant Contact.

  1. Production of print marketing materials, including brochures, postcards, and flyers.

    Rental Coordination (5%)

    • Handle correspondence with prospective renters.

    • Schedule and conduct rental property showings.

    • Advertise rental properties.

    Client Care & Customer Service (5%)

    • Communicate with sellers and provide top-notch client service.

    • Perform clerical office duties.

    Additional Support (As Needed):

    • Monitor and respond to emails.

    • Assist leadership with special tasks.

    • Troubleshoot basic tech issues.

    • Provide team support.

    • Maintain a tidy office environment with weekly cleaning.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and graphic design tools (e.g., Instagram, Canva, Constant Contact).

    • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

    • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Ability to work independently, collaborate, and accept feedback.

    • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and initiative.

Pay Details: $26.44 to $33.65 per hour
