Salary
$62,000-$65,000

Requirements
- Bilingual English and Spanish required.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Possession of a valid LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, or LPC.
- At least two years of clinical experience with a residential population, with staff supervision experience preferred.
- Previous experience collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a residential treatment setting is preferred.

Job Descriptions
- Promote a holistic therapeutic approach by actively involving supportive adults in programming, treatment, and decision-making processes for clients and themselves.
- Provide oversight during weekly team meetings and collaborate with the Home Supervisor to manage daily routines, implement programs, and maintain a therapeutic environment.
- Work with Wellness and Education staff to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Assist and support department staff in effectively performing their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the Wellness Specialist, Educational Coordinator, Home Supervisor, the client’s Goal Worker, and supportive adults, making informed clinical decisions about client participation in activities, groups, and events.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, with at least two group sessions per week.
- Collaborate closely with the Home Supervisor to provide clinical oversight, continuously developing, monitoring, and staffing a therapeutic environment within the program.
- Track and maintain information from intake and admission through treatment and aftercare, contributing to the statistical data bank.
- Monitor and track utilization and outcome data, including quarterly reporting for the agency-wide report card.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, including participation in peer supervision, utilization reviews, adherence to service delivery criteria, and fulfilling reporting requirements for each client.
- Maintain timely compliance with Quality Assurance standards related to employee roles and functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.



Pay Details: $62,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
