We are assisting a client in their search for a talented individual to fill this exciting position. You'll play a vital role in preparing transactions for deposit by accurately processing checks and invoices. This role offers competitive compensation ($16.80/hour) over a 3 month contract period.
Available Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in banking operations preferred
Basic computer skills
Strong organizational skills
10-key data entry skills.
Responsibilities:
Manually extract payments from envelopes and sort checks and invoices.
Input payment amounts into a specialized software application.
Follow specific instructions to prepare deposits accurately.
Collect and prepare check copies for re-association.
Physically match and staple check copies, invoices, and envelopes.
Sort completed batches for outgoing mail.
Maintain department quality standards and exceed established benchmarks.
Perform general housekeeping tasks.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Pay Details: $16.80 per hour
