Join a global leader in advanced materials manufacturing! We’re seeking a Logistics Coordinator to optimize and enhance logistics operations across domestic, international, and intercompany channels. This is a high-impact role for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with deep international trade experience and strong regulatory knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the company’s logistics operations to ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods.

  • Lead strategy development and process improvements for all modes of transportation (LTL, FTL, LCL, FCL).

  • Analyze transportation and customs regulations to maintain accurate ERP and shipping documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Customer Service) and external providers (3PLs, brokers, forwarders).

  • Handle tariff classifications, HTS code rulings, and ensure compliance with global trade regulations, including AES/EEI filings and incoterms.

  • Oversee forecasting, sourcing, and vendor negotiations for global shipments.

  • Maintain and audit logistics records, NMFC codes, certificates of origin, and other export/import documentation.

  • Advise on Harmonized Tariff Code (HTC) determinations and maintain the company’s global classification database.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in international logistics and compliance (Ocean & Air Imports/Exports).

  • Strong knowledge of HTS classification, Incoterms, Dangerous Goods (DG), NMFC codes, and AES/EEI filing.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
