Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Location: Eagan MN 55121
Schedules: Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
Contract: 1 year (T2H)
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting logistics operations including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination.
What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?
Enter load information from customer tenders into the Freight Optimizer system.
Maintain accurate customer profile data.
Monitor daily pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time and damage-free arrivals.
Take check calls from drivers and validate load data before marking deliveries complete.
Investigate and document product overages, shortages, and damages.
Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments.
Accept or decline loads based on account manager direction.
Provide drivers with clear routing instructions and delivery details.
Communicate updates to account managers, customers, and receivers regarding load status.
Minimum Requirements:
1 year of logistics experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
General knowledge of the transportation industry.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to send and receive emails.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Strong customer service skills.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
