Adecco is currently hiring for Logistics Specialist!
Logistics & Shipping Support
Coordinate movement of parts and equipment from manufacturing/distribution to dealers/customers.
Plan routes
Quotes for routes
Expedite urgent shipments, monitor delivery status, and proactively address delays.
Fleet/Service Dispatching
Receive and process repair calls; schedule service calls and communicate updates internally and externally.
Log open/closed calls; identify high-volume or high-cost trends for management reporting.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
Generate status and trend reports for logistics, service, and warranty functions.
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
1–3 years in logistics, fleet, procurement, service coordination, or similar supply chain roles.
Skills & Tools
Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (SAP/Salesforce preferred), plus Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Other Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Forklift certification is a plus.
Coordinate with dealers, factory, and internal teams on transportation schedules, escalations, and warranty claims.
Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
