In this role, you'll work closely with the Chief Medical Officer, utilizing your strategic insight, organizational prowess, and evidence-based analysis to shape decisions and fulfill our client's needs. - Salary ranging from $43,000 to $56,000 annually
What We’re Looking For:
- Active LVN/LPN License in the state of Nevada
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an LVN
- Willingness to travel to family homes for physical exams
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing trusting relationships with family members, providing them with support and encouragement
- Traveling to family homes to conduct physical exams under the supervision of remote clinicians
- Engaging in follow-up activities, utilizing motivational interviewing techniques, and setting goals with families and caregivers
