**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting and will be able to work a 12-hour rotating schedule. This position requires heavy lifting and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate and maintain machinery as per company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Ensure products meet quality standards through regular inspections.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Complete production logs and other required documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
**Requirements:**
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of continuous work experience at one job in a similar role.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
