Production Operator

Adecco is seeking determined and qualified Production Operators for a manufacturing client in Macedon, NY. Available Shifts: 

• 12 Hour Day Shift ($19/hour) - 7:00am - 7:00pm 2/3/3/2 schedule

• 12 Hour Night Shift ($21.50/hour) - 7:00pm - 7:00am 2/3/3/2 schedule

Responsibilities: 

• Set up and operate machinery and equipment in the production process. 

• Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output. 

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machines. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or production issues. 

• Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met. 

• Follow detailed work instructions, safety protocols, and manufacturing guidelines. 

• Maintain accurate production records, including downtime and machine performance data. 

• Ensure a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and maintaining the area. 

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. 

• Assist in the training of new machine operators as needed. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require technical certifications). 

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operator role is preferred. 

• Knowledge of machinery, tools, and manufacturing processes. 

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. 

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Basic math skills and good communication abilities. 

• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and handle repetitive tasks. 

• Understanding of safety standards and quality control procedures.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
