Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay: $20–$23/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will have experience operating manufacturing machinery, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to company procedures
Monitor production process to ensure parts meet specifications
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments to machines as needed
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and alert maintenance if necessary
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting is strongly preferred
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment
Ability to read and interpret work instructions or blueprints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
