The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of machine operation, quality control, and safety protocols. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products while adhering to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform all work elements to make any set up or reset in the machine group.
- Must be able to read prints- Set control settings for appropriate part
- Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading to interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
Qualifications
Excellent attendance
- Open 2nd and 3rd shift
- High school diploma/GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Pass criminal background check and drug screen
Schedule: Training completed on 1st shift, then will move to 2nd or 3rd shift
