Shift: 3rd shift 10PM to 6AM
Pay Rate: $21.60/HR
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain specialized printing machinery Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a strong focus on quality control, precision, and adherence to security protocols is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed printing and finishing machinery
- Load materials (e.g., paper, ink, plates) and ensure proper alignment and calibration
- Conduct in-process inspections to maintain print quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate production records and follow detailed job specifications
- Work closely with quality control to identify and correct defects
- Adhere to strict security procedures and company policies at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
- Assist with other production-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or printing environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment

Pay Details: $21.60 per hour
