We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Mail Room Clerk to join our team at Akron, OH. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our mail and administrative services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and distribute incoming interoffice and U.S. mail.

  • Accept and deliver packages (UPS, FedEx, Office Depot).

  • Apply postage and process outgoing mail and UPS shipments.

  • Perform clerical and administrative duties including data entry, file maintenance, invoice processing, and telephone reception.

  • Support department needs such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.

  • Create reports, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service.

  • Follow up with customers and communicate effectively.

  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and attention to detail.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 4–7 years of relevant work experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong typing and computer skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Must be able to safely lift and turn while holding up to 75 lbs (occasionally).

  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
