Maintenance Technician
Shifts Available: Day Shift (6 AM-6:30 PM)
Location: Hazelwood, Missouri
Pay: Up to $25-$30+ --- $500 sign-on bonus --- 5% bonus for meeting quarterly goals --- Overtime and Other Incentives
Sign-on bonus paid $150 at 30 days and $350 at 90 days
This is a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. So, you will have a 3-day 'weekend' every other week
As a Maintenance Technician, you will help transform our greater St. Louis area bakery, one of the fastest growing and most loved brand in our category. The transformation is enabled through significant investments in our existing “classic” production lines, as well as recently installed state-of-the-art production and packaging equipment.
Our staged transition toward a world-class maintenance program to support our operations will provide you with the opportunity to help install and maintain our physical assets, and then adopt and implement reliability programs to sustain their operational excellence. All maintenance roles offer high-visibility and high-impact opportunities. Proven maintenance leaders, experienced outside contractors, and a high-performing, tenured team of technicians will support your success onsite.
We are open to a range of talent from junior to experienced maintenance technicians. And our compensation range supports developing talent as well as those who bring top skills. All candidates, however, should have basic understanding in some of the following: automated industrial machinery, which includes motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, etc. and hydraulic and pneumatic systems; packaging, conveyance, liquid and powder manufacturing equipment and processes; PLC trouble shooting; electrical and mechanical drawings; installation and troubleshoot basic three phase motor control circuits; and breakdown analysis.

- Surroundings. You’ll work around moving machines – mixers, conveyor belts, and forklifts.
- Activity. Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, walking around, or climbing stairs.
- Temperature. We are climate controlled. When the weather outside is undesirable, the temperature inside our facility is controlled, so you stay safe and comfortable.
- Dress code. Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required.
- Career growth. Most of our current Operations managers, supervisors and leads have risen through the ranks and been promoted from within.

Pay Details: $52,000.00 to $68,640.00 per year
