Adecco Staffing is hiring for a Maintenance Mechanic for a manufacturer in Peabody, MA! This is a temp to hire opportunity on 1st shift.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-330pm
Pay rate: $30-35 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance: Installing new systems, replacing defective parts, and performing routine preventative maintenance.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing mechanical issues and determining appropriate solutions.
Repairs: Repairing or replacing worn or damaged parts, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
Equipment Knowledge: Understanding the functionality of various machines and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Safety: Following safety practices and procedures while performing all duties.
Record Keeping: Maintaining records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
Essential Skills:
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical systems and how they function.
Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical problems.
Tool Proficiency: Competence in using hand and power tools.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
