7 years’ experience (or equivalent) performing maintenance mechanic service repairs.
*Cleans, lubricates, repairs, or adjusts parts, pumps, vessels, equipment, or machinery using hand tools or specialized equipment
*Repairs, reworks, or calibrates hydraulic, pneumatic, power transmission, and conveyance assemblies or systems to meet operational specifications or needs
*Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices, such as ohmmeters, megohmmeter, voltmeters, and ammeters
*Operates newly repaired machinery or equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs
*Blueprint and Schematic Understanding
*Mechanical Repairs
*Diagnose mechanical and electrical systems- repair as needed
*Maintains all winery bottling room equipment both Mechanical and Electrical systems
*Replaces faulty or expired parts when necessary
*Must be able to pass fit test and perform work while wearing respirators
*Maintains Boiler/Compressors and water softeners
Minimum Requirements –
*High school diploma or equivalent required – AA/AD degree in mechanical electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus
*7 years’ experience in specialized field of knowledge
