Adecco is partnering with a well-established client in Everett, WA to hire a Maintenance Technician to join their onsite team.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys problem-solving, repairs, and keeping building systems in top shape. If you’re experienced in general maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, and facility upkeep, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventative maintenance across the facility, including plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
Inspect and maintain 16 restrooms, ensuring all fixtures and plumbing systems are in working order.
Replace AHU and HVAC filters, ensuring proper system function and air quality.
Install or repair copper plumbing lines, bathroom fixtures, and office equipment as needed.
Maintain conference rooms, ensure cleanliness, and reporting or repairing broken furniture/equipment.
Execute light groundskeeping and seasonal outdoor maintenance.
Maintain and follow facility maintenance schedules using CMMS software.
Operate basic hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts safely.
Assist with internal facility projects and repairs as assigned by the Facilities Department.
Follow safety guidelines and complete tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in general facilities or building maintenance.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated surfaces.
Able to stoop, kneel, crawl, and work in tight spaces when needed.
Basic understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work orders or verbal instructions.
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal teams and vendors.
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Teams); experience with CMMS preferred.
Forklift certified or willing to complete certification training.
Valid WA driver’s license required.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
