York, PA, Manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Technician --- DIRECT HIRE. See below listed experience needed for this role and apply with interest! Pay: $22-$26, 1st shift, 6:30a-3p, M-F, with some OT possible.
Duties:
Ensures operation of machinery and equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on printing and manufacturing equipment and machines.
following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Provides quick response and resolution for machine issues.
Provides training, coaching, and support to machine operators to ensure daily use and maintenance is communicated and performed.
Team player, self-motivated and willing to work with minimal supervision.
Provides preventive, predictive, and facilities maintenance for a multi-shift operation.
Associates degree or equivalent education.
Advanced technical or vocational training.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, special machinery maintenance, or print bindery maintenance.
3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Specific Knowledge:
Strong mechanical/electrical/electronic and technical aptitude.
Demonstrated understanding of pneumatics, mechanics, and electronic control systems.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and circuit diagrams (some programming (PLC or CNC controls) preferred).
Knowledge and experience with 480v 3-phase power.
Understanding Safety/OSHA requirements.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
