Adecco Creative & Marketing has an incredible opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious luxury beauty and fashion powerhouses in the world. They are looking for a driven organized individual to join their Events Team in New York. This would be a 6-month contract to start and would require you to be in the NYC office at least 3 days a week. You will play a leading role in running the operations of the events team including tracking event briefs and recaps, managing processes with key internal and external partners, and leveraging administrative support at a high level. Our ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience and a passion for managing details and logistics.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Reimagine the logistics processes of the events team
  • Liaise with the creative teams for tracking and updating all event team creative needs
  • Liaise with legal, finance and insurance teams for all event needs
  • Work on travel and logistics for the team and event guests including managing all travel partner relationships
  • Update and manage all event team inventory
  • Provide on-site event support where relevant
  • Develop and distribute recaps for all events
  • Manage internal communication updates on events including calendar updates and distribution
  • Provide general event administrative support including document creation, list management etc.

    Position Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, word and other Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Proficient in Smartsheet
  • General knowledge of current tastemaker culture including valid restaurants, hotels etc.
  • High level organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to successfully build relationships and trust across external and internal partners
  • Strong communication skills
  • 4-6 years of experience
  • College degree
  • Primarily based in NY
  • Travel requirement: less than 5%
  • Availability on various weekends
