    • Work hands-on with production teams to evaluate and improve existing tooling and equipment for efficiency, safety, and performance.

    • Assist in the design and procurement of new equipment and tooling as necessary to meet evolving production needs.

  • Collaboration with Test Technicians:

    • Collaborate closely with test technicians to ensure that products meet performance and quality standards before they are released for full production.

    • Address any test-related issues by analyzing test results and implementing corrective actions to ensure product quality and reliability.

    • Help develop testing procedures and ensure proper documentation of test results and improvements.

  • Training and Mentorship:

    • Provide hands-on training and guidance to production and test technicians on best practices for operating machinery, equipment, and tools.

    • Develop work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other documentation to ensure consistency and quality in the production process.

    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring technicians and encouraging problem-solving and proactive troubleshooting.

  • Data Collection and Analysis:

    • Collect production data and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, monitor process performance, and track improvements.

    • Work with technicians to ensure proper data collection during production runs, using this data to drive process adjustments and optimize performance.

    • Report findings and improvement initiatives to management and other cross-functional teams.
