Job Overview:
Adecco is partnering with a company in Peterborough NH is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the team and support the manufacturing process through engineering expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration. This role focuses on improving production efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures to support manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and collaborate with teams to implement effective solutions.
- Provide technical support for customer and vendor inquiries.
- Assist with third-party audits and continuous improvement projects.
- Deliver day-to-day technical support to manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
- Experience with 2D and/or 3D CAD tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on mechanical experience (machining, assembly, or equipment repair a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs as needed.
- U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or valid asylum/refugee status (due to export control regulations).

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
