Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Lead:
Scheduling production lines
Inventory management for planning
Optimize use of personnel, materials, and eqmt
Manage extensive paperwork
Supervise personnel at machines and work cells
Work closely with Quality Control, Engineering and Sales
Manufacturing Lead candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
5+ years experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication skills and exp in leading and motivating employees
Ability to prioritize and organize
Able to work independently to deadlines
Able to manage schedules and budgets
Computer skills required
Chemical Engineering or Manufacturing degree a STRONG plus but not required
