Responsibilities for a Manufacturing Operator include but are not limited to:
Assemble, align, and test complex electro-mechanical, opto-electrical, mechanical & electronic subassemblies following product diagrams, schematics, or samples.
Clean and prepare parts for assembly, maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
Read and interpret production or engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and work orders to guide operations.
Inspect and test subassemblies to ensure they meet specifications and accurately record results.
Candidates for Manufacturing Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Minimum of 1 year of directly applicable experience as an Electro-Mechanical assembler.
Ability to select and use common hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools, and wire cutters.
Capable of grasping, holding, and manipulating small objects repeatedly and for long durations.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate proficiently in the English language and possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and proficiency in basic computer skills to operate common systems like Microsoft Outlook and review PDFs.
