Adecco is Immediately Hiring a Manufacturing Team Leader in the Auburn, ME, metro area.
The Manufacturing Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing line, ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5pm-3:30am (training on days)
Pay: $25-$28 depending on experience level
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Monitor production processes and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· 2 year’s related experience
· Computer skills related to using Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to work with mathematical concepts such fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions for use in practical situations
· Ability to effectively train, assign and monitor tasks
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
