We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for trimming excess material from shoe soles to achieve the desired shape and appearance. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Great Schedule!  Monday through Thursday, 6am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Trim excess material from shoe soles using hand tools or machinery

  • Ensure consistency and precision in sole trimming to meet quality standards

  • Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

  • Inspect finished soles for defects and imperfections

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in manufacturing

  • Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery for sole trimming

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Pay is $16.50/hr.
