Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Fremont, CA Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor
Summary:
Adecco is seeking detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians to operate production equipment, assemble sub-assemblies, and package final products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role follows cGMP standards and requires rotating across multiple workstations to meet production targets. Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm $22.00 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain production equipment per SOPs and work instructions
Assemble and inspect product according to specifications
Accurately complete batch documentation and process data
Maintain quality and cleanliness of assigned areas
Meet daily and weekly production goals
Collaborate with team members and complete required workstation training
Qualifications:
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing environment, ability to prioritize tasks, basic computer skills (MS Office)

Physical Requirements:
Stand/sit for extended periods
Lift up to 40 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs

Clean manufacturing setting with moderate noise
Exposure to dust and machinery with moving parts

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
