The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of marketing strategy across high-quality lead generation, brand positioning, thought leadership, Account Based Marketing, event marketing, and sales collaboration. This is a senior-level role requiring proven expertise in B2B enterprise marketing, a strong grasp of the IT services ecosystem, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.

  • Establish measurable goals for demand generation, MQL growth, and brand awareness.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

  1. Demand Generation & MQL Growth

  • Drive end-to-end lead generation campaigns across digital, content, and account-based marketing (ABM) channels.

  • Implement lead scoring, nurturing, and optimization processes to increase MQL volume and quality.

  • Align closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and improve conversion rates.

  1. Thought Leadership & Content Marketing

  • Position as a thought leader in IT consulting by developing and promoting high-value content such as whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and webinars.

  • Partner with internal SMEs to create messaging that addresses industry pain points and showcases expertise.

  1. Brand Building & Market Presence

  • Strengthen brand positioning through targeted campaigns and creative initiatives.

  • Oversee the execution of PR, social media, and influencer strategies to enhance market visibility.

  • Represent at industry events, conferences, and other external engagements.

  1. Digital Marketing Excellence

  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including but not limited to email marketing, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and website optimization.

  • Leverage AI & Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot etc) to improve campaign efficiency and lead tracking.

  1. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyse, and report on key metrics, including MQLs, campaign performance, and ROI, to refine strategies.

  • Leverage insights from analytics to drive continuous improvement in marketing initiatives.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

  • Work closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with overall company vision and goals.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with 5+ in a leadership role with a strong background in IT consulting or technology services.

  • Proven track record in driving MQL growth and managing demand generation programs.

  • Expertise in digital marketing, ABM strategies, and CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and scaling marketing teams.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in measuring and optimizing marketing performance.

  • Excellent communication skills and a flair for storytelling to position as a thought leader.

  • Familiarity with the IT consulting landscape, including trends, challenges, and competitive positioning.

Preferred Attributes:
  • Previous experience in IT Services, Systems Integration, or SaaS organizations.

  • Familiarity with partner marketing (Oracle, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft ecosystems).

  • Strategic mindset with a bias for execution and results.

  • Ability to represent at major tech conferences and events/ webinars

Pay Details: $135,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
