Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with our client to fill a Brand Representative role. This client is a global leader in chocolate and coffee.
This is a 12 month contract, hybrid in Solon, OH. You will work on-site 4 days/week and travel 3-4 times per month.
Support the Sales Teams in prospecting new R&G Customers
Provide service and knowledge to existing customers with menu development, beverages presentation and staff training
Coffee training initiatives to customers including brokers, distributors and vending operators.
In depth coffee training to internal teams
Creation of materials and e-content to foster the coffee expertise within teams and towards customers
Foster a culture of coffee passion and expertise within the organization with the organization of regular coffee tastings, information sessions, coffee passion day's (World International Coffee Day activities, etc.)
Provide appropriate data for meeting inputs regarding this specific job.
Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
Serve as professional representative towards the industry associations such as Barista Association, Coffee Institute, etc
Attend trade shows and demonstrate products
Strong communication skills
Capability to work with functional teams
Certified Specialty Coffee Association Barista
