Location: Fairfield, NJ
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (occasional overtime)

Job Responsibilities
Perform light assembly, basic machining, or packaging tasks
Follow production and quality standards using blueprints and assembly drawings
Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance
Transport and handle materials safely
Replenish raw materials and maintain workflow
Complete documentation and data entry
Maintain a clean, organized workstation (5S standards)
Collaborate with team members and assist other departments as needed
Follow safety guidelines and meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Basic math and mechanical aptitude
Ability to read assembly drawings and blueprints
Skilled with hand tools and measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, tape measures)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kanban)
Preferred Qualifications
Physical Requirements
Stand for up to 8 hours per day
Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and lifting up to 70 lbs. (occasionally up to 100 lbs.)
Use of vibrating tools, hand tools, and pneumatic equipment
Repetitive hand and finger movements
Work in a warehouse/production environment without air conditioning
Steel-toed shoes required

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
