Title: Material Handler - Driver
Pay: $23.00
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

What you will do:
-
Issuing and monitoring customer units for services provided by external vendors and coordinating the billing process.

Facilitating the transportation of customer equipment to external vendors for calibration or repair and ensuring its safe return to the customer.

Reviewing customer purchase orders to determine the services required.

Inputting data to complete service, labor, and parts elements in invoicing spreadsheets.
-
Identifying any additional work performed beyond the scope of the original quote.

Conducting research on equipment specifications or other necessary details for accurate billing information.

Responding to customer inquiries regarding job status, collaborating with our management or technicians, and communicating updates to the customer as needed..
Requirements:
-
You must be a U.S. Citizen or hold U.S. Person status.

A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
-
Prior experience with data input. Strong typing skills is a must.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with both employees and customers at all levels.

An exceptional work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including occasional overtime.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
