Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Union City, CA
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
We’re currently hiring Warehouse Associates for a well-established company in Union City, CA. These Temp-to-Hire opportunities offer a great chance to build your warehouse career, gain experience with warehouse management systems like SAP and voice picking, and potentially grow into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently pick customer orders, ensuring the correct item, lot number, and quantity are assembled.
Prepare orders for shipment in a professional, customer-friendly manner.
Pack materials into boxes, containers, or onto pallets using appropriate protection for product safety.
Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Comply with quality standards, environmental policies, and health and safety regulations.

Duties rotate daily for variety
CDC-compliant COVID cleaning and safety measures in place
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
Strong attendance and team collaboration skills
Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
