What You’ll Do:

Assemble mechanical systems and components using engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions

Conduct quality checks to ensure all parts and finished assemblies meet spec

Troubleshoot mechanical issues during the assembly process and resolve them quickly

Use a variety of tools including torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, and power tools

Maintain clear documentation of all assembly work, part usage, and modifications
-
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to keep builds on track
-
Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration as needed
-
Participate in product testing to ensure full functionality before moving to production

Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
-
Contribute ideas to improve assembly processes, quality, and team performance
What We’re Looking For:
-
2+ years of hands-on mechanical assembly experience (manufacturing or production preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus
-
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
-
Solid understanding of tools, measuring equipment, and quality control practices
-
Basic knowledge of 24VDC systems (a plus, not required)

Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving mindset
-
Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
Physical Requirements:

Lift and move components up to 60 lbs

Stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods

Work on step ladders and in environments with variable noise and temperature

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
