Adecco Creative & Marketing is looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign Strategist for our client the leader in the luxury marketplace. This role will sit on the Media & Insights team in New York. You will play a leading role in implementing media plans that meet business objectives by collaborating with both internal & external teams. The Media Specialist is pivotal to the team as one of the key stakeholders in daily operations while executing a high volume of long- and short-term projects.

 

Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in the media industry, and is self-led with a propensity for innovation, precise execution, and relationship building. Someone who has a point of view, is performance-minded, and can support and evolve media initiatives in a landscape that is in constant change.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and act as a daily point of contact with several cross functional teams to execute Media campaigns seamlessly (including but not limited to Marketing, Creative, Legal, Finance and Consumer Insights).
  • Manage day-to-day relationships of two external agency teams for daily operations.
  • Develop and submit creative briefs (locally and globally) and lead campaign asset management.
  • Liaise with global trafficking teams to ensure campaigns properly undergo Q/A and are executed across all media (including print, social, search, TV/video, audio, OOH and display).
  • Support Group Director in creating and presenting annual and ad-hoc campaign briefs.
  • Review global guidelines, develop media plans, and oversee tactical execution and delivery with external agencies to ensure business goals are achieved.
  • Oversee review and distribution of monthly reports to internal teams (including but not limited to flowcharts, plan deck, competitive).
  • Serve as first touch of all invoices for Media and Production charges and review and track in the appropriate documents.
  • Manage distribution of campaign screenshots/POPs and post-campaign reports to US and Global teams.
  • Co-manage agenda and follow ups for standing global calls in partnership with the other Media Specialists.
  • Exhibit a curiosity about the wider media landscape and industry, continuously advocating for innovation by identifying relevant opportunities for the brand.

  • Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors or relevant experience. 4+ years of experience in media across a full range of channels, including TV, Outdoor, Print, Display, Social, Search and Audio.
  • Experience in media planning or at a media agency is expected.
  • Intellectually curious student of media and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to multitask, manage and communicate in a fast-paced environment with the capability to adjust and refocus based on business needs.
  • Ability to craft, deliver and present presentations formally and informally that effectively express the intent.
  • Proactive, driven individual who does not settle for status quo and has a collaborative spirit working with cross functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a command of Excel and PowerPoint.
