Adecco Creative and Marketing is currently searching for a motivated and inspired Media Project Coordinator for a luxury beauty company in New York City, NY. This is an excellent temp to hire role to get your foot in the door with a large company.
We’re looking for a motivated Media Project Coordinator to join the US Luxury Media team. In this role you will work with various leaders on the team by assisting with day-to-day media tasks such as monitoring media performance, maintaining the media presentations and conducting competitive analysis of beauty competitors. You will have exposure to a beautiful luxury portfolio of 16+ fragrance, makeup, and skincare brands by owning and collaborating on responsibilities within the media team.
In this role you will be responsible for :
Conducting consumer and competitive insights, data analysis of media campaigns to inform future buys and planning, process management and meeting coordination, partnering with cross-functional teams (brand, influencer, retailer, DTC and ecomm) to develop briefs for media campaigns, analyzing and roadmapping creative, while also working with agency teams on campaign execution (including URL direction, MikMak creation)
Updating and maintaining media plan presentations
Managing analytics and competitive reporting, providing benchmarks and insights for future campaigns
Working with media vendors (Google, Snapchat, Pinterest…) on opportunities and offerings

Essential:
Enrolled in an undergraduate degree or obtained a bachelor’s degree
Candidate must have one or more professional experiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; must have training and experience with Excel
Tech savvy and ability to work onsite or remote with reliable Media Project Coordinator connection
Must be able to work independently with strong project and time management skills
Ability to work under a deadline with attention to detail
Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written
Must have strong quantitative and analytical skills, with ability to perform business analysis
Available to come into office as needed, in compliance with omni working schedule
