As a Medical Assistant, you will ensure a positive and welcoming experience for members and their families from arrival to departure at this primary care clinic for senior citizens. This role involves guiding members, updating records, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Shift:
M-F, 8-5
Compensation:
$20-23 per hr
Duties/Responsibilities:
Welcome members and assist with check-in
Update member information in the electronic medical records system
Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
Assist with paperwork using electronic kiosks
Request and upload medical records
Answer questions from members and their families
