Adecco Healthcare is in search of a distinguished Medical Director to spearhead our client's innovative healthcare initiatives in Syracuse, NY (Zip Code: 13057). This role offers the unique chance to shape the future of patient care in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8am-5pm
- Flexible hybrid work-from-home options for administrative tasks
Base Compensation:
$325,000 annually, with additional incentive opportunities
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Medicine/Pediatrics
- Current, unrestricted New York State medical license
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care
- Proven leadership experience in clinical settings
- Passion for integrated care models and collaborative approaches with behavioral health providers
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and advocacy for underserved populations
- Expertise in treating patients across all age groups (currently serving 12+, with potential to expand)
