Responsibilities for a Member Services Representative include but are not limited to:
Educating members on company-sponsored health and wellness incentives and assisting them in tracking and reporting their progress
Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist members with account issues, including password resets, portal navigation, and mobile app support
Responding to questions regarding health notices, incentive redemption, and program eligibility
Documenting all member and provider communications in an accurate and timely manner while providing a positive, values-based member experience
Candidates for Member Services Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service call center environment, with experience managing both inbound and outbound queues; promotion of wellness programs or telephonic sales is a plus
Strong keyboarding skills – minimum 45 WPM with 95% accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
Must have a direct internet connection using an Ethernet cord for reliable work-from-home performance

Shift: Full-time; schedule between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM Eastern Time

Pay Details: $17.46 per hour
