MMC - Assembler - Ruther Glen, VA

M.C. Dean is seeking well-qualified Assemblers for their Ruther Glen facility! As an Assembler, you'll work full-time at M.C Dean performing a variety of duties related to assembling, piecing together, fitting, fastening, and installing different parts of manufactured products, performing minor repairs as necessary and other manual labor required in assembling a product. 

The weekly pay structure is as follows:  

• Starting pay at $20/hr.  

• *All positions come with 1.5x pay ($30/hr.) for hours worked over 40. There are currently 10 hours of overtime required per week, with the option to work more if you would like.  

• In addition, M.C. Dean conducts annual pay increase evaluations, as well as compensation increases for new certifications

The schedule: 

• 1st shift:  

• Monday – Thursday: 5:30a – 4p OR 6:00a-4:30p 

• Friday: 5:30a – 2p OR 6:00a-2:30p 

• Saturday: as needed 

Qualifications/Requirements:? 

• High School diploma or GED  

• Must have 1+ years of Assembly or Production experience  

• Climb ladders – up to 60 feet 

• Lift up to 100 lbs.  

• Stand for long periods of time
