Molding Operator

Adecco is hiring immediately for Molding Operators with our client in Holland, MI. Molding Operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, starting pay at $20.50-$21.80 /hr., plus available overtime. As a Molding Operator, you will operate and maintain molding equipment, ensure product quality through inspection and troubleshooting, support process improvements, perform routine mold maintenance, assist with material handling and part finishing, help train team members, and promote a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent 

• 2+ years of experience in rotational molding and/or injection molding 

• Proven ability to operate and maintain rotational molding machines, including start-up, shutdown, material handling, and part finishing 

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve machine and process issues 

• Knowledge of basic mold/tool maintenance such as soda blasting, polishing, power washing, and latch adjustments 

• Experience reviewing product quality, including dimensional checks and visual inspections 

• Ability to follow work instructions and work independently 

• Experience guiding and training team members in a production environment 

• Ability to handle non-conforming parts and collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and operators 

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. 

• Awareness of workplace safety with the ability to recognize, communicate, and document safety concerns
